Talent Release Form
Parents are also asked to electronically sign or download and print this form allowing ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ to use photos taken of their child at Geo Day. Printed forms will need to be mailed with registration fees, emailed to dmatthes@troy.edu or brought to Geo Day.
